He tries to ship orders within 1-3 business days of being placed (unless specified that the item is a preorder with a future estimated delievery date), but sometimes it may require an extra day or so. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Once your order has shipped you will get an email with the tracking details. If you don't see an email then check your spam or promotions folders. If your order says it has arrived already but you did not recieve the package, double check that you typed in the proper address for your order. If the address displays correctly, then please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) directly to file a lost/stolen claim.
Because the merchandise on this site is independenly produced at cost and often personalized, all sales are final once shipped.
